My 07 ZX3

SO i traded my ZX2 in about a month and a half ago for a 07 Focus ZX3 5-spd. Downgraded a little (power NOTHING, no a/c, lol) but i finally have a 5-spd! Anyways, heres a few pics of the day I got it.

thats it for now. a drop may happen this summer. who knows. I do plan on doing all red tails. Its something that hasen't been done before, and I don't want to black these out, just for a different look. Updates to come!

Correct. Like what the person below you said, its a ford made tranny, and not a mazda like you all have. Its called the MTX-75 Tranny. The only Tranny im jealous of now is the GETRAG SVT 6-spd trans.

the getrag has long ass truck gears..i drove a guys svtf at the drag strip one night and you dont shift to second till like 45...it would be good for autocross tho

yes they can, and they will. Already asked at the delearship in here in st. cloud. If they can prove that your modification caused the defect, they void out your warranty.

Yea. It came with a Magna cat-back, but its still mostly stock as for exhaust. (Stock header, 1st cat, flex, 2nd cat, Res, manga muff, tip) Right now im scraping by to make my payments, so mods are a ways out. I spent all my money from my zx2 part out on the wheels and tires. My idea now is either: A: SVTF suspension or B: Eiback Sportline Kit. Undecided still

I prefer the first gen Focus look over the second gen, at least you didn't get an '08 though... Those are terrible looking. I think the UK got the better looking Focus models though.

And as for a monster tach, that a def. no go, lol. I'll get around to switching out for a ST gauge cluster, which is similar to switiching a zx2 S/R cluster into a non s/r (i.e. silver bezel etc...) anywho, I'm not sure what I will do next...lower it maybe.

Yup. My friend has an '05 "S" model (only his has a/c), but he's been dealing with no tach too. HINT: If you want to be able to install one, you need to buy a $70 adapter. I forgot what it's called though, but I know you need to get it for the tach to read the pulses correctly.

meh, my a/c doesn't work. That's worse than not having it installed on the car.............

check out the h&r cup kit, a friend of mine has it on his focus, its a lil pricey, but the handling is amazing,its i think a 3in. drop, he does a lot of the autocrosses and road races, he hangs with c5 vettes on nelson ledges with just bolt ons

Oh, and I really like the black on black rims and the headlights. Nice Focus. I don't know if you knew, but from what my friend was telling me (the one with the 05) you can swap on an MZR head and gain x amount of horsepower (because the duratec is basically a low-spec version of the newer miata engines). I think. You'd prob have to look that one up. Oh, and if you ever get boosted you'll need to replace the plastic intake manifold.....

New update, 35% tint on the front 2 windows. No picture though.

And the H&R cup kit is a $730 kit. and one kit lowers it 2 inches, the other 3.

The 08's are debatable looking, but sales are through the roof. Also, the 09 loses the chrome fake vents. And the 2 door gets a blackened grille.
