Anyone know why I would be charged $15.29 for something called "Kilobyte Usage"?

IDK what it is, and I don't really have $15 more to throw at a bill every month just for the hell of it.

I do have a PDA Motorola Q, if that makes a difference.

Does anyone know what this is?

Sounds like you went over your Data plan limits

I've never logged onto the internet on my phone...ever. I don't use the PDA functions at all. I call, text, and check the time. That's it.

your best bet is to go to your brands store and ask them why your getting charged, you phone is probably connecting without you knowing

Can you tell us what happened? I have a Q and I'd kind of like to avoid this.

Well supposedly I got online but I truly think it happened in my pocket, I've never gotten online. I explained this calmly to the lady and she said ok, and reversed it lol. Then she removed my internet completely so it doesn't happen again, which is good, because I don't have the phone for the internet lol.

Yeah they charge something outrageous like $.03 per kilobyte for data usage. It's nuts. Just having a smartphone makes it easier to accidentally get on the internet.

Which is why I'm with Sprint still.. $15 a month, Unlimited Data.

Well.. EV-DO Rev A makes it much more palatable as well..
