Well, I bought 2006 head lamps (only real difference is that 2003-05 didn't have projector head lights). It took 2.5 months for them to finally make it to me...

(this is the good one)
After I finally got them, one of them had very noticeable damage. After opening it I noticed 1 mount on the face plate was broken and 2 of 3 mounts on the projector was broken.

After some Epoxy and JB weld I was able to put them back together and in the process added alittle paint

it is a metallic flat black, I think it will look really good on my car. Now I need to do the same to the other one and wait on all the new bulbs to arrive!!!

They should make a big difference! How come it took so long to get them? Also, how much did you pay for them?

It took so long because the guy was called up for Army stuff... (his excuse) $200

Well... I have dumped $8k, going into $9k into performance, I put a dent in it the day I got back from Iraq (fixed), and now the clutch is dying and I have a pimp clutch/flywheel combo in the mail. Once I finish the head lights and grill, I plan on finally taking updated pictures of the car and showing it off here in photo forum.

If you don't mind my asking, what has 8K gotten you in parts, and how well has she responded to them?

Well, I think that the suspension was the one point of the car I didn't like stock. I put Progress Springs and Tokiko HP (8 way adjustables) on (both of these are for a 350z because it sits .5 inches lower than the G35 ones) and Stillen Sway bars. I think I might have spent $1000 on all of that. Crawford HFC and Borla True Dual Exhaust, I put these on at the same time so I can't say I know which did more but, I did notice a power gain, not a huge one but it also made the car sound ultra super sexy. I think fully installed these 2 parts were almost $2000. I bought an Ebay intake, I have a hard time justifying $300 for a peice of pipe, a pretty nice power gain and it sounds cool, only problem is that the filter is a POS and the seal between the coupler and the metal for the filter broke and it sounds like a blow off valve... which brings me to my K&N filter in the mail that I will say will bring that to $100. RIMZ!! I got 20x8.5F 20x10R Donz Montanas, I wrapped them in 245/30/20F 275/30/20R Faulken FK452's. not only do they look freaking amazing, but they really help with getting the car to hook up and keep traction. I also have -1 degree of camber on the front and -2 degrees on the rear, lets just say the tail end wont kick out so easily again. I must have spent $3000 on this alone... Then it was just a buncha small things that slowly added up, Hawk HPS brake pads, light lighting thingys and such. I bought these headlights, OH, I have a JWT clutch and Unorthadox Flywheel in the mail for $804...
I actually think I am selling this car in the very near future, if you are interested!!
