On all 4 of my tires, the cap on the valve stem is melted on and i cant get them off. Pep boys said just wait till i need new tires but the tires are only 8 months old. Does anyone know a safe way to get them off without damaging anything?

Just cut the caps off...the other side is metal threading...

Unmount the wheels use a knife and cut through the sidewall of the tire. Then get your angle grinder or torch or plasma cutter and cut through the wheel it self until the valve stem is free. Once you do that throw the now useless wheels and tires in the garbage. Now if you go to get yourself some liquid nitrogen and put the base of the valve stem just slightly in there the differences in contraction between the metal valve stem and the plastic cap should break it free. Twist them off and there you go.
Let me know how it turns out!!!

Side cutters or saw them off. Cut the side up and down to loosen them.
Or pliers.
