$170.00 I will work with ya on this. The only issue it has, I never posted it, when you shut it down it comes up with a Blue Screen that says shutdown failure. It doesn't effect the operating at all. I never did check the ram to see if I had it right or not. It comes with the Factory Re-Installation CD. Let me know.

NO, I just reinstalled it and use it EVERYDAY w/o flaw, it just says it when you shutdown. Press the power button and voila!. It boots up perfect, runs perfect, and has no problem running. It just does it when you shut down. I don't know, I re-installed twice and still get the same message. I am gonna go home tonite and rearrange the RAM and see if it goes away, I already removed the factory CD-RW and replaced it with a PLEXTOR DVD-ROM/CD-RW, that allowed me to re-install the OS. After that it has been great. I think I still have the factory DVD-ROM in it. I am gonna take that out and keep it out, I think that may be the conflict. If that's not it I think I have the RAM sticks arranged incorrectly.
