OK this is for a friends car. I put a new head gasket on it and did as the book said. the timing is still off. set it at top dead center half a doz. times and resect the timing belt and cams and is still off. it set some codes. P1383 Cam Pos. timing over retard P0117 cooant temp input circuit low and P0118 Engine cooant temp low. Can someone please help me
