My girlfriend has a 2001 Neon that's having a brake problem. Basically "over night" the brakes attained this problem. You have to press the brakes 3/4 of the way down to initiate braking. This makes it very hard to stop normally. I'm thinking its the power booster that failed. I would like to see if anyone has some input on this before I change the questionable part. Has anyone else had this problem or know anything about it?
