    Does this work on both pre mid 99 and post mid 99? Since the ccrm's are different and switches are different, and pcm wiring is different?

    I think the circuit boards are different, but the relays are the same. so it will have the same effect.
    98 Black MTX (no options) retired at 339k miles. Powder UDP, Kamikaze header, 19mm RSB,Fidanza flywheel, progress springs/SR struts, Otter strut bar.

    02 black MTX (loaded) 127k miles. MMI intake, LXQ1. Waiting for warm weather to swap the rest from the 98.

    I did this fix today and it worked. I love you for posting this. Seriously, lets get married.

    Thanks a bunch. Working like a champ now. I had some copper traces burnt out I had to repair with jumper wire, and the relay cost $5.14 at local Radio Shack. If I had found this site sooner, it would have saved me $495 on a compressor, orfice tube, accum./dryer, etc....
