    I'm still on the first set of COP coils I got from a j/y, my car cooked 4 OE style coil packs (3 ford/motorcraft, 1 MSD) before the conversion.

    In my experience COP is much more reliable than the factory configuration, even with j/y on plug coils.

    Just gotta clean up the wires and install a new connector but it works great!!!

    Hello all! Been a long time since I have been around. Glad so many people have found this info useful! Holy cow it has been over 6 years and I am still running the same coils I used to write this tutorial. I remember all the naysayers that had their doubts in the beginning but clearly this is legit. If you have the means and time DO IT!

    Just wanted to know if anyone has a good link for the wiring diagrams needed for this?
    Just swapped a zetec into my daily ( 99 wagon) and I have no spark. However I decided to use duratec coils instead of the Chrysler coils. Any ideas?

    I'm pretty sure Novanutcase used Duratec coils for his conversion back in January. Maybe he can help you out.

    1 running Ford out of 5 isn't bad, right?
