Oh yeah. If I didn't care that my interior matched I'd just find some decent covers and be done with it, but blue and red doesn't go with charcoal so I gotta spend the big bucks. After looking at my budget, there's no way I'm going to be able to spend that kind of money right now, so I may not bother to check out any shops right now. I was cringing just dropping $50 for sway bar ES bushings and endlinks for front and back, but I need to get this stuff done to my car while I'm at home.

I found one in my shop today:
Bastards just love our nice cars.
I really want a tow hitch now.

This was the third black widow I've ever seen out here. First one I've seen in the house, I'm glad this one was already dead. We usually have a larger problem with scorpions, but I haven't seen any of those dudes in probably a month. The heat is so bad they can't even make it to the house to stay cool now.

I got the hitch for my bike rack that I still need to buy. I highly doubt I will ever be towing anything.

Trunk lid cover. Need to trim a little off the sides for better fit still.

New mount and old mount. Not too bad, but the rear mount is the bad one. This replacement is more because this mount is 14-15 years old.

Nice work. So you can swap the 5th gear with the tranny in the car. I want to do this to the beater.

Some people say the cover doesn't come all the way off without dropping the transmission some. I have the front to back crossmember off, so the transmission is hanging by the top mount. It would be easier to do with it out of the car, but not worth dropping the transmission for.

This stupid pin gave me problems. Hard to get out until I found a punch and impossible to get back in until I widened the hole with my Dremel.

Finished with trunk cover. It turned out pretty good. Cardboard is a bit too thick though. But I'm not redoing it.

Nice work on the trunk man! I also think the 5th gear swap post should be tagged for easier searching.
