Yeah it will be going on the good Z, and as much as I wanted to put my OEM one on the S/R, I dont feel like having to fork out the $ and time to have the S/R hood sprayed black.... So I am just going to swap the OEM CF over to the beater.
Drunx2.0 (beater)
I got my Hawk HP pads today in the mail, and I was sitting on the new rotors for about a week now LOL. So I decided to go ahead and do the brakes quick like today.... which ended up not being "quick like". I ran into a couple issues but managed to get it done (for the most part). Right before finishing up the driverside (last side) I was installing the top caliper mount bolt and it just kept spinning etc...... FFFFFffffffuuuUUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. The spindle on the top caliper mount is stripped..... I was looking at it, and I think it would work if I found a little longer mount bolt, but IDK if I can find somthing that perfect for what Ill need (sized wise). My only other option is to run down to the JY tomorrow and pull a right hand spindle, which Ill have to buy 32mm and thats if NAPA will even have a 32mm in a 1/2 drive.
The majority of the parts I need to rebuild the front end should be coming in soon. I believe the headlights are coming tomorrow, header panel on friday, bumper cover itself should be coming by the end of next week, along with the hood LOL.
Today I woke up early. Went to napa, got a 32mm. Headed out to the JY to hey a new driverside spindle. Got home reinstalled it wotu no problems. Good to go, longest brake job ever Haha.
Not only did I have to replace the entire spindle, but today I had to replace the AC condensor. After spending like $70 on refridgerant and finding a leak, its all gone lol and now I need more. I installed the new header panel, lights. Had to beat the core support back, put on my cf hood. So now my car 1.0 is hoodless
Then..... I noticed the main strut Bolt that holds the strut shaft to the actual strut mount was half backed off. Tighten it down, oh Its stripped. Had to find a old strut and take it to my mec to use his spring compressor. He was nice enough to let me use it and borrow the tools for the AC.
The condensor ran me $40 from the JY. The headlight/fender fitment isnt great but acceptable since this is the second time the core support has been bent. Wish I could get it aligned more but Its damn near impossible. Im still waiting on the bumper cover and invader hood to come![]()

Damn buddy. Keeping busy. Glad ya got the AC running. I have to straighten out this volvo out, via chain and tow hitch, and fix the hood fitment.
This fucking beater is keeping me busy.... Everytime I try and fix or improve one thing another pops up. But the past few have been like OMG WTF problems LOL. I havent actually got the AC running yet.... I fixed it by charging it.... then lost all of my refrigerant LOL. So now I have to buy more and recharge (which is another $60-70). Fuuuuuuuuuuuu. So fingers crossed that I fixed it by changing out the condensor. It was leaking out of the elbow that comes out of it.
I need to get a new set of struts. Now Im rocking 3 S/R struts and 1 reg strut. So that will be one of the next things on the list. But my car and the S/R are getting the next few bucks firstBut that strut bolt was scary as shit!!! expecially since we have been mobbing that car lately!
Ill have to get some pics up tomorrow, I finished up pretty late.
Whats the story with the Volvo? I know you are getting a ZX2 in trade... but what exactly needs done?

Hoodless 1.0
New hoods gonna be sick tho.... whenever they ship it.
Two time totaled Drunx2.0 with temp bumper and lip. Since this is my GF's daily I needed a bumper to put on untill the new painted bumper arives. I was just sketched out driving it with no bump and the CF hood with no hood pins.
Close up of right side fender/headlight alignment.
Left side fender/headlight alignment
Before:
Almost After (still have to get the new bumper and install):
Also put another can of refridgerant. The repairs on the AC seem to be working. I didnt notice any leaking from the lines. And it was pretty cold for only 1 can.

where'd you get it from/how much? shit looks good
I got it from Autobarber Inc. I cant complain it came packaged better than my first VIS hood, and it got here within a week. The price was like $620 or something shipped. But thats not bad since most places want $700ish.
Thanks man.
Update on drunx2.0
I got the bumper today, I ordered it prepainted from a ebay for $339... Its recontidioned and the paint looks good. I just wish they shot the rear side of the bumper down by the grill since the previous color was frost. Other than that I cant complain, and that will prob not even be noticable. Ill be installing possibly tomorrow maybe LOL.
