24.5" slicks on 15x7 rims. I already have a full coilover suspension. My Hondata ECU allows me to run boost by gear, so traction won't be too bad on the street. Won't really need it with slicks at the track though. The turbo I purchased comes with a boost solenoid integrated, that's plug and play with my ECU. Complete WIN.

Newsflash: there is no next, Honda really is best.

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.

2008 Honda Civic Si - Turbo K21 [700-800hp depending on my mood) - 11.49 @ 134.18mph while spinning 24.5" slicks, granny shifting and not double clutching.
    1997 Acura Integra GS-R - Built motor B18c [560whp @ 16.5psi] - Went 11.8 @ 122mph on stock block B18c @ 400whp. What will it do now???
    2011 Honda Civic Si - Turbo stock block K20 [441whp/341wtq on pump gas) -- 11.47 @ 122mph

I was feeling a little froggy today, so I jumped on it a little (which I never do because it kills the mpgs) I was plesantly surprised by it's get up and go I might be working on this car all day tomorrow so I can get to the track and put a hurtin on you boys

Spyke ran 15.9 on an all motor automatic but I was told he had tuning issues.

I watch an Intake/Exhaust Automatic escort on a 65 Zex shot lay down a 14.3 I beleive it was a few years ago. Long gear ratios make nitrous very effective in an automatic and make it hell on a standard when it comes to ZX2's IMO.

You have already put a hurting on us boys... I just don't get it... Focus boys with bolt-ons are running high-mid 16's. Jaybird has a 16.3? in his auto with Intake/JBA/Exhaust/Tune/Intake Cam Gear... I don't know what makes the both of your cars so much better.

I got a couple tricks I use, I just don't talk about them. They are well known in the drag racing community. Read up enough and you'll figure out the little things that can add up to better times. Oh yea, altitude and temp are a big factor as well.

the 9500rpm is tits and but even so on boost the 4.764 is to short, the 4.388 will be better

im switching to 3.85 with mfactory and 8000rpm with 350+whp it should be fun in the z, probly not 10's but im hopping for mid to high 11's on slicks

Depends on the application... 9500rpm takes you to 127mph in 4th gear (mind you 6 speed), so that is hardly short... only reason for the 4.388 is to avoid shifting into 5th at the end of the 1/4 mile (takes you to 138mph). 600whp in the 1/4 mile is easily 130mph+ trap speeds.

Must be that 5" HD lip that makes all that speed. BTW March 18 we will still have about 1 foot of snow.
