    there is a place by me that does that sort of work and sounded interested in making some other parts for me.... if we can get them the info I can see what they would charge at different quantities and maybe get some made for us.

    With stock rubber bushings, any support or tie bars should be last on your list.
    Urethane should be first.

    absolutely! rubber bushings flex a LOT.
    2000 S/R FSP build: APC shift knob, LED tails, zx2 sticker on the rear bumper, Silverstar headlights, blue spark plug wires, optima red top battery, Magnaflow muffler, and some lowering springs.

    yup, doing that now. was just looking to see what would be a good next step for the chassis. if i can i would like to get as much of it done this summer as possible so i can move on to other things next summer.

    If you want a really still front strut bar, the mazda 323 gtx and 323 gtr (jdm models) came with a solid strut bar. (non adjustable.) Because they don't have the adjusters, they don't flex nearly as much. I don't know if they fit the zx2's for sure. I know the zx2 and 323 are built on the same chassis, and that you guys use corksport strut bars, so they should work. I just haven't ever seen one on a zx2 before, so I can't say for sure.

    Also, FE3-323 on clubprotege has made a very small run of traction bars for the bg chassis. Maybe you can convince him to make another small run? here is a picture of his traction bars: 181_5249.jpg
