    Default What Should I expect?

I am a newb to posting. I was wondering what I should expect out of my zx2 1/8th mile e.t. I plan on going out and racing friday. So here's my stats. Atx tranny, Keman intake, knock sensor mod, 2.5 id glasspack muffler. Not much done I was thinking about hooking up the shifter mod with the 10 ohm resistor but wasnt sure how much it helps. Fridays forecast is 85 so its going to be pretty warm. Im hoping/expecting 11.0s-11.4s.

I would say that your goals are realistic. 11.0-11.2 in the 1/8th. I ran a 10.45 last year with Intake/Header/Exhaust/UDP/Tune in decent weather with my automatic.

This year so far was a right off with issues with the car and racing in 90 degree weather I went 10.6 with more mods then last year.

I go back in a week and a half to try the 1/4 again.

If it was an manual I'd have to agree, but an automatic, you mash the gas and go straight, the car doesn't have enough power to spin the tires even. You can't mess it up. I predict a 2.6 60ft time.

I'm going to have to line up with you at a strip down south next year and go head to head to get an accurate comparison on the same track.

I think on a cooler day, playing with the cam timing, and running street tires I can pull off a 15 second run with bolt-ons.
