That I don't know. You may be able to, but I wouldn't recommend it.

what tune do you suggest when installing bigger injectors?---does the MAF sensor need to be changed when upgrading injectors? what type of aftermarket tuning device has the capability to account for larger injectors with the obd2 system, and will it still pass emission testing?

I was searching around for something else and came across this....It's a little old but still can give you the general idea of what injector would be needed for your planned HP. Figured it needed to be in here.

Wow. The mustang ones look just like the set that is in my RX7. They use EV1 connectors so they may be an option for you guys as well. The years that would work would be the 86-87, after that they when to high imp injectors and changed the connector. There were 460cc injectors in the N/A and 550cc injectors in the turbo II.

Here's a good site, if the clip is the only thing stopping you here are some adapter clips and harnesses on this site. I'm getting the ones for my car from here because I have the high imps and need to convert to the EV1 and add some resisters inline. Hopefully this info will help somebody, I don't have my car so I can't verify if they fit in the rail though.

Anyone know what size the ones from a 97 Crown Vic w/ Interceptor run? They're flourescent orange EV1 style. I'm wondering if they're the same as the Explorer V8.

This maybe a bit of a noobish question but what are the pros and cons to the different injector types (pintle, 4 port disk, etc)? To me, it seems like the 4 port disk would give a better spray pattern but would be more prone to clogging than the pintle/needle type.

Upgrading isn't really needed until you start hittin' a little over 150hp. Then 24# injectors can carry you up to around 200hp or so.
