Looking at the car, 2 questions if anybody knows

1- how was it cooled? Prob stupid question (don't know much bout drag cars) but I see no cooling hoses or anything and I'm assuming it was cooled somehow, right?

2- What kind of clutch was used? Was it a hydraulic or what? I can tell they don't have the same tranny as stock, obviously. But I don't see any hydraulic lines and didn't know there was another way..

cause I know they don't have brakes! haha

I realize the tranny is prob the mtx75 but how does the clutch work? Ours uses hydraulic pressure, I don't see any hydraulic lines around that tranny.
You say there is a block off plate, are you saying that the motor isn't cooled then?

No, the motor was not cooled. The head was ported SO much they actually filled the coolant passages. I was told it flowed nearly 300 cfm from Ray at McNews. This was all the other day when I was there.

They had to push it to the line, start it, quick burnout then go and shut it off as soon as he crossed the end otherwise it would really overheat.
