Have you ever disassembled an A/C compressor? I work on HVAC systems for oem automotive applications, I think I know what I'm talking about.

thats why you dont waste money on a delete pulley and buy a shorter belt. that what i did...powders UDP,PS delete, and AC delete and bought a 46" belt and it works like a charm

I have spun the a/c pulley off of the car. There's no way that any free pulley worth its salt provides as much resistance as the a/c pulley, even when the a/c is not on.

I thought the A/C deactivated the compressor at WOT? So clutch plates disengage and all that jazz.

It does. And if I'm not mistaken, zx2cambo had a picture on here with his entire interior gutted... you could see the insides of the fender wells.

I'd like to see the weight slip still.

SCT tuned IHI RHB5 @ 7psi, NOS 50 shot wet, ported IM & TB, AF/X UDP, 2.5" exhaust, Fidanza FW, Centerforce clutch, front & rear tie bars, Ractive strut bar, 21mm sway bar, rear discs, ES bushings, A-pillar gauge pod w/ boost, pyro & AEM UEGO AFR gauges, Konig Heliums w/ Kumho 711s, struts n springs, etc... And now a dent in the fender

seems like everyone forgets about this now.

All you do is take the glove box out, and then take the front door pannel part off and there is this random metal plate there. just grind the plastic down and it just comes right off
