    Milwaukee Area 2015:

    Wisconsin Autocrossers (SCCA rules): http://www.waiautox.org/2015/2015.html

    MKE SCCA: http://www.scca-milwaukee.org/solo/2015/15sched.html

Milwaukee has a very active solo program--known as one of the best in the USA. We have numerous past National champions active in the program here--so the competition is excellent.

    Nebraska Region SCCA 2015:

This is where Solo Nationals are run. Great area and great people. I would also recommend checking out the RallyX program as this was the national finals location and will be for a while.
