    Default Dual front sway bars?!

So I picked up a 94 EGT with a built BPT a super stiff clutch. Took 15 hours round trip to pick it up when I was strapping it down to the trailer I noticed that there are 2 front sway bars. One above the control arms and one under neath. They share the same special end link. I will get some pictures in the day light tomorrow. It looks like it is an aftermarket add on and not some fabri-cobbled one. This is one thing I have not heard of on these cars. Anyone have any ideas on it?

I did some more digging throughout. It most definitely has a short shifter. Pulled the part numbers from the struts and they are S/R struts. The tears look like progressive eibachs but they are black so who knows. There is an mx3 rear tie bar. I'm not sure what the front strut bar is couldn't find a name on it. Has EBC yellow stuff pads on the front. Car is a just a treasure chest of mystery.

I've heard of it being done on other cars, never seen it.

As interesting as this is, I can't imagine why you would want to do that. These cars, or pretty much any factory car, push like a pig, and adding front roll stiffness will only make it worse.

I remember reading about that setup years back and a few people having it. It's rare, I forget who made them, addco maybe? From my understanding the front secondary sway was thinner than the one pictured

Its probably the kit ford offered for the zx2. I've seen them. I'm not sure if he's on here but there's a guy in Milwaukee(I think) the runs this setup on his yellow and black fsp car.

I don't think Erik has this on his FSP car. If anything, in FSP, we disconnect the front bar.
