Did a compression test yesterday readings are as follows
    1 and 4 around 60, 2 and 3 aprox 10. Any Ideas what would
    cause these readings?

sounds to me like you timing is way off. when was the last time the timing was done?

New belt and pullies 6 months ago. When I pulled the valve
cover it looked like the cams are in time. but will recheck again.
I still welcome any other possibilities.

did you check that the tensioner didnt fail? not just up at the cam gears?

the way i see it is if it was driving fine as you said and instantly died, whether or not you have spark or fuel or a code for the temp, those compression numbers would be the first thing you should be looking at. odds are far more likely your compression issue is timing related instead all of your rings wearing out...all at the same time...in an instant

Adjacent cylinders with low readings may mean bad head gasket between the two cylinders.

IIRCC, these engines are hard to do an accurate compression test because of the VCT, but all cylinders should show about the same numbers, albeit low when compared to a non VCT engine.
