    Default 1st ZX2

Just bought this ZX2 recently. Never owned one before but have always had a spot for small sporty cars (one of my all time favs was my Honda CRX) so I'm digging this car.
Also though it seems to have a bit of a rough life as of late I can tell someone once loved this car. Owners manual had records of all service up to about 175,000 miles.

Originally just bought it for a cheap commute car with decent gas mileage. It's kinda grown on me so I'm gonna give her a bit of love.

She's got 297,000 miles so going to refresh the suspension with new the usual... tie rods, ball joints, etc.

    Already replaced the cracked windshield.

Bought a rocker panel replacement for the drivers side that has a bit of rot. Once that's done going to do a bit of body work and a respray.

After that gonna lower it and find wheels I like. Thanks for the help the forums have brought. Looking forward to updating once she's had a bit done.

paint still looks good. Black is a good color to get since just about every color matches with it when looking for wheels

Paint actually isn't so hot. It's just a generous pic. Clearcoat on top is completely gone. A few small dents here and there and like I said the rocker panel on the drivers side has quite a bit of rot. But like I said I'm diggin it so I'm gonna fix her up a bit. Can't wait to see it hit 300,000. How many other cars can boast that and still run well?

I'll actually be there pretty soon as I put anywhere from 500 to 1000 miles a week on my commute. Up to 299,000 already.
