I emailed, called, and now tempted to fax, why my order that was 'in stock' has not arrived in almost 2 weeks. They never respond to emails, I contacted him by phone on monday asking him where my order was and he said "uh... I'm shipping it out today" well 5 days go by and nothing arrives. I call today both numbers and reached both voicemails. The only thing left to do is fax and I already know that aint going to get anything done. I have a date with the dyno-tuner on wednesday and I need to custom fit the 65MM MAF into that 3" intake kit. I used to remember him being good to deal with and now everything seems to be shady lately.

Man, Rob has always been super busy. For the last three or four years he's been busy. I know you set up an appointment, but be patient, and it will get there. I don't think I've seen a single "my stuff hasn't gotten here" post about Rob and ZXTuner. Time isn't their best friend, but they'll get it to you.
i ordered from rob online just like two weeks ago and received my stuff last week.. i've never had problems, but i've only gone through him 3-4 times.
Ok I've been trying to contact him all day today both phone numbers. Just now I called and after 1 ring tone it goes straight to voicemail, which tells me he is pushing the ignore button on his phone. I'm done dealing with him. Does anyone feel like calling him to see wtf is going on with my order? I think he is using callerid to block me.

Maybe his phone is off or he's on the line? I agree, I've done lots of business with Rob, and hung out with him on a few occasions. While he does tend to have a wait (depending on what you are ordering), he's always followed through as far as I know. I definitely wouldn't call Rob the kind of guy to purposefully ignore somebody. Zxtuner is not his only business, and it's a one man show, so busy is probably an understatement. Not to mention he's only open 3 days a week from 9-4 so he is probably packed with phone calls and e-mails on those days.
I'm not saying that he is in the right for keeping you waiting, but I kind of thought it was common knowledge that it was on the slow side to order from him.
Ive been done with rob for years. I hear ya man on were your coming from. Took me 4 months in order to get a CF hood from him .Kept giving me delays and delays that I just got mad. If you want something fast..he isn't the guy anymore. Since his business is probably slow he doesn't care about it as much anymore. Yea plus years ago that place was great..now i wont even really look at it.
I've left 3 msgs and a billion calls.... 700.00 order a few months now.... horrible customer service imo

I have oreder 2 or 3 things from zxtuner.com 1 order and then 2 in another and the only problem i had was i ordered an oil cap that said zx2 and instead i got one that had the oil symbol on it but the b/f ended up putting it on before i noticed it so i didnt bother attempting to send it back. But as far as I can remember it was in a timely fashion. The only thing I can really say is ordering things online some things get backtracked..
