update:
signed off on the proofs, approved production, and gave my payment info.
once I get the final costs I will post a pic of the proofs and my details so people can order. and again...those that helped me get amounts and sizes will get dibs first. ill figure that out then. its gonna be complicated but ill set up something.

ok...so I went on usps's website to try to calc out shipping.
I was dumbfounded when I saw a 1lb package via parcel is right at 5 dollars to ny from pa. PARCEL...not even priority or anything.
last year I shipped shirts for 2.40ish parcel...
I am going to stop in and see if it really did shoot up that much cuz of gas or if the calc is just dumb cuz of it being an envelope vs box. ugh
